The new Fortnite season will begin with an ‘explosive’ event

A new season of Fifteen days it’s almost here, which can only mean one thing: a major event in the game. Today, Epic detailed what players can expect in season 6 of Fifteen daysthe second chapter begins. It seems very ambitious and even includes a solo experience focused on the story.

The event was dubbed “Zero Crisis Finale”, and this is how Epic describes it:

Chapter 2 Season 6 begins on March 16 with the explosive completion of season 5 events. When you start the new season, you’ll play until Agent Jones’ mission in Zero Crisis Finale is completed. The consequences of this event will certainly shape reality as we know it.

These in-game events have been one of the highlights of the Fifteen days experience. The latter, which was the conclusion of the Marvel-themed game season, featured a giant Galactus wreaking havoc on the island, before players worked together to defeat it. Epic says it was the biggest event in the game to date, with more than 15 million simultaneous players, surpassing Travis Scott’s virtual show.

5th season of Fifteen days started in December, and it’s a period that has been jammed with licensed tie-ins, from Baby Yoda and the Mandalorian to characters from Street Fighter, Tron, GI Joe, and more. There’s even a Batman crossover on the way.
