Fox’s secondary series “The Masked Singer”, “The Masked Dancer”, eliminated its fourth competitor in Wednesday’s episode, revealing Cricket’s identity.
During the episode, the other competitors in Group A – Hammerhead, Tulip, Exotic Bird and Cricket – returned to perform in hopes of getting one of the three spots available in the Super Six round, where they will face the best competitors in Group B (Zebra, Cotton Sweet and Lazy).

After these four contestants danced with all their might, it was time for speakers Ken Jeong, Paula Abdul, Brian Austin Green, Ashley Tisdale and guest star Rob Lowe to vote for their favorite dancers and, in doing so, determine the artist most weak.
The bottom contender was Cricket, who danced “This Is How We Do It” by Montell Jordan. He was unmasked and revealed to be singer and songwriter Brian McKnight. Although Abdul correctly guessed that Cricket was McKnight, the incorrect assumptions for Cricket dismissed by the other panelists included Ashton Kutcher, Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte.
According to Fox, among the 10 celebrities competing in the 1st season of “The Masked Dancer”, “they have accumulated more than 38 million albums sold worldwide, 20 Emmy awards, 20 Grammy nominations, 10 World Dancing titles, New York Times best five – selling author titles, four Olympic gold medals and three performances at Broadway shows. “

After the unmasking of Cricket McKnight, Elizabeth Smart’s Moth, Bill Nye’s Ice Cube and Ice-T’s Disco Ball, six masked dancers remain. Whoever stands in the final will take home the grand prize “The Masked Dancer”: the Diamond Mask Trophy, which is an upgrade of the Golden Mask Trophy “The Masked Singer”.
The next battle for the “Masked Dancer” contestants is the battle of the Super Six, where the remaining half-dozen contestants from Groups A and B will meet for the first time to perform and fight to continue in season 4.
