The marketing material for the Samsung Galaxy S21 confirms what is not in the box –

Renders Samsung Galaxy S21 Press

  • The promotional material for the Galaxy S21 series has been leaked.
  • This shows that Samsung is removing the charging adapter from the box and the headphones.
  • It also potentially suggests that there is no expandable storage on some models.

Samsung’s new flagships are just two days away, but the leaks don’t stop. Reliable informant Roland Quandt in WinFuture now leaked marketing materials for the Galaxy S21 series, confirming what you get in the box and what you don’t receive.

As several rumors have pointed out earlier, Samsung will give the charging adapter a try, making the packaging of the new phones thinner and more compact. Like Apple, Samsung can also justify its decision as an ecological change.

What you bring in the box is a USB-C data cable, an eject pin and a quick start guide.

There are also no headphones this time. It makes sense because Samsung already sells a lot of TWS headphones and is also launching its new Galaxy Buds Pro along with the S21 series. The phone manufacturer probably wants people to buy those instead of using built-in headphones like the AKG that comes with the S20’s flagships.

Another promotional material released by Quandt shows Samsung selling different storage variants for the Galaxy S21 Plus and S21 Ultra. The insider suggests that the company is doing this because the phones don’t come with expandable storage. This has also been widespread for a while, but we will need to see which variants do not have microSD storage if confirmed.
