The Mandalorian is ruining Fortnite games before they start

Gnome Guns? Troll launchers? Yes, these really it is Forty weapons. We are taking a look at the best weapons that leaked and were not launched, that never made it into the game.

Epic Games’ popular Battle Royale has introduced numerous weapons since its first launch in 2017, and everyone has their favorites, from the Pump Shotgun to the Heavy Assault Rifle and even a Star Wars Lightsaber.

But there are also many intriguing weapons that never see the light of day. We only know about them because of leaks, and while some of them appear on the Island eventually, others are sadly sent to the metaphorical scrap heap.

We scoured the internet for some of the best new weapons that never made it into Fortnite. Some of them are strong, others are absolutely ridiculous. I hope that one day Epic will finally decide to add them to the game.

There are many weapons that never made it to Fortnite.

Mini-gun grenade launcher

This does not seem to have an official name, but it was referred to as ‘Tinstack’ and ‘Mini-Gun Grenade Launcher’ by drills, the latter because it is essentially a combination of the Mini-Gun and the Grenade Launcher.

These are two of the most powerful weapons we’ve seen in Fortnite so far, so a combination of the two can be absolutely devastating in battle – which may be why it hasn’t been added to the game yet.

Gnome Gun

Gnomes have played a big role in Fortnite in recent years, regularly appearing in challenges that require you to dig them up, bury them, destroy them or even save them by deactivating explosive traps that were created to attract them.

But some creative Fortnite developers came up with a completely different use for them, as this leaked Gnome Gun shows. What does it do? He shoots Gnomes. Yes, it is literally that. It’s not very useful then, but it still looks like a lot of fun.

Troll Launcher

At the same time that Gnome Gun details emerged, another crazy Fortnite weapon leaked online: the Troll Launcher. Honestly, who thinks about these things? They deserve a raise.

Unlike the Gnome Gun, it looks like it really packs a punch, as the little creatures explode on impact. Essentially, it’s just a rocket launcher, but with added Trolls – and who wouldn’t want that?

Big money assault rifle

Not much is known about the Big Money Assault Rifle – we haven’t even seen what it looks like – but it is believed to have some connection to the new Gold Bars coin that was introduced in Fortnite Season 5.

One theory is that this could increase the number of gold bars lost by opponents when they are eliminated by the weapon, which seems to be a good way to stock the game’s currency.

Flamethrower

In 2018, the hijackers found evidence that a Flamethrower weapon would be added to Fortnite. Unfortunately, it never happened, but we still have our fingers crossed, one day comes.

We can see why this weapon might not fit into the overall aesthetic and gameplay of Fortnite, and it would probably have a very short range, which may not have been very useful in the actual game.

Run SMG Gun

Unlike many of the other Fortnite weapons not released on this list, we would expect the Run Gun SMG to make an appearance in the game sometime soon, as it appears to belong to Season 5’s Exotic weapon class.

When using the weapon, the player will run faster than normal, a bit like when eating a pepper. Its foundation is the Rapid Fire SMG, which is capable of causing an incredible 255 damage per second, so it will undoubtedly be a popular weapon if developers decide to add it.

E-11 Blaster

Okay, so this gun is technically is already in the game. You just can’t use it. Why? Well, it is the weapon that The Mandalorian Boss uses closely, and while players can steal their Amban Sniper Rifle, it was kept exclusively for him.

It fires red energy rays and works very similar to the First Order Blaster Rifle that appeared in Chapter 2, Season 1 as part of the Star Wars crossover, which means there is no reason why we shouldn’t get the E-11 Blaster as a weapon usable in the game at some point.

If this list left you hungry for more epic Fortnite weaponry, we’ve also put together the 7 best vaulted Fortnite weapons that need to return in a future season.
