As we wait for the promised OnePlus Watch, it looks like a fitness bracelet may actually be the first wearable we see from OnePlus – and a newly leaked image has given us a preview of what’s on the way.
Posted by respected informant Mukul Sharma on Twitter, the wearable looks will be called OnePlus Band, with gray, orange and blue colors apparently on the way when the device officially breaks the cover.
The design is not spectacular, following the example of other similar fitness wearables launched by companies like Xiaomi and Oppo last year. To be fair, there are many ways to create a simple fitness tracking bracelet for your wrist.
As reported by the TechRadar India team, OnePlus Band is expected to arrive in India first, but there are signs that the fitness tracker will eventually reach the rest of the world later, along with the OnePlus Watch.

Internal sources who speak to Android Central say the band will cost around $ 40 (about £ 30 / AU $ 50), so this is firmly aimed at the final market budget. At this point, a launch in early 2021 seems more likely.
Android Central also revealed that the band will have a battery of several days, will be water resistant and will have an AMOLED screen – as you can see in the leaked image that we have incorporated above.
The launch of OnePlus Band and OnePlus Watch will show OnePlus further expanding its product range – it spent 2020 launching more affordable smartphones and even launched its own OnePlus TV.
As for OnePlus Watch, company executives confirmed that it is really on the way, although we don’t know much about it at this time. It seems likely that the wearable will run Wear OS, but the software may come with a special OnePlus rotation.
