Watch the reaction of the Great Khali when his manager and friend Ranjin Singh broke the news that he became part of the 2021 WWE Hall of Fame Class.

Standing 2.10 m tall and weighing 347 pounds, Khali has made his titanic presence felt since he entered the WWE Universe in 2006, taking on the legendary Undertaker and taking down The Deadman, a rare sight between the ropes.

The Great Khali battled many of WWE’s most legendary Superstars, including John Cena, Batista, Shawn Michaels and fellow 2021 Inductee Kane, whom he defeated to obtain his first victory at The Grandest Stage of Them All, WrestleMania.

The giant’s biggest success would come in the July 20, 2007 edition of SmackDown, when Khali overtook 19 of SmackDown’s top Superstars, eliminating Batista and Kane for the last time to win the World Heavyweight Championship.

After his reign came to an end, Khali embraced his inner heartthrob, becoming The Punjabi Playboy and urging the WWE Universe to become a little romantic on the Khali Kiss Cam.

Due to his success in WWE, The Great Khali became a national hero in his native India, and a movie star. Khali has appeared in films such as “MacGruber”, “Get Smart” and “The Longest Yard”. He also opened a wrestling school in India, helping to prepare the next generation of Indian Superstar aspirants for the ring.

Don’t miss The Great Khali’s place in history during the WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony of 2021, broadcast exclusively on Peacock in the United States and on the WWE Network elsewhere. The ceremony will feature introductions to the 2020 class, which includes The nWo, The Bella Twins, JBL, British Bulldog and Jushin “Thunder” Liger, as well as the 2021 class, which includes Khali, Kane, Molly Holly and Eric Bischoff.
