The ghostly voice actor from Call of Duty says that’s why Dr. Disrespect was banned from Twitch

With fans still wondering why Dr. Disrespect was banned from Twitch, a theory by Call of Duty actor Ghost is rapidly gaining momentum.

Dr. Disrespect Muscular contraction The ban came in June last year, and although the discussion about the sudden removal of the streamer channel has subsided somewhat, many are still asking for answers today. As such, players noticed a Call to action voice actor’s recent comments on the Twitch ban.

There are several theories about Dr. Disrespect’s ban, ranging from legal problems and criminal activities to absurd suggestions that he was starting a new streaming platform with Ninja and Shroud. Although these rumors obviously didn’t work, fans still have no idea what really happened, with this information likely to be kept secret by Twitch in the foreseeable future. The possibility was discussed during a video on the YouTube channel DanAllenGaming. Known for presenting interviews with Call to action cast members, this last piece of content was no different, as Dan Allen sat down with Jeff Leach – the voice actor for Ghost. While much of the interview shows the actor talking about his role as the favorite member of Task Force 141 fans, a particularly interesting section shows the duo talking about Dr. Disrespect’s ban. Here, Leach mentions rumors he heard from “people working on Twitch”. According to Leach, the reason for the ban was money.

Apparently, Dr. Disrespect was using an offer from Mixer as leverage while renegotiating his contract with Twitch, something that frustrated the company. With the Mixer announcing its closure just a week after these discussions started, Twitch discovered that Dr. Disrespect was probably lying about the Mixer’s offerings. While there is a possibility that the offer is legitimate, it makes little sense for an endangered company to offer a major new contract to a star. Regardless, the problems were allegedly caused by a failed attempt at cheating or a risky negotiation tactic, and Twitch severed all ties in response, refusing to deal with Dr. Disrespect in any way in the future.

It is important to note that the voice actor has repeatedly stated that he cannot be sure that the information is true, although he firmly believes that it is accurate. Considering how much money Doc was already costing Twitch, the decision would make sense, especially if it fell as Leach described it. With Twitch already having problems with Dr Desrespect and his E3 bathroom streams, the platform may have seen it as a smart business decision to move on while it had the chance.

Interestingly, Dr. Disrespect hinted that the cause was also related to money, although he believes Twitch was replacing him with cheaper talent. Regardless, both Twitch and Dr Disrespect seem to be doing well now, and fans in need of closure can look at this theory as a potential truth.
