The mystery is approaching
Then Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade instantly fired on my 2021 radar.
Yes, some parts are a drag, like the specific requirement of the PS5. And not everyone has one of these! Since they are basically pieces of unicorn hardware. But for those who have, we have more Final Fantasy VII Remake to enjoy sooner or later (whenever Part 2 really decides to leave).
To that end, people are looking forward to more DLC information from Yuffie, and we did it. As seen on Game Watch (via Nibel), the Yuffice DLC bit will happen in two chapters. Yuffie will also be able to use “ninja-like” skills outside of combat and will be accompanied by her companion, Sonon; who is a “warrior who studied with Yuffie’s father, Godo.”
Both of the latter factoids were hinted at in the trailer, but it’s good to see that explained. The chapter part is especially useful, so we have our expectations under control when this is actually released later this year. For reference, the base game had approximately 18 chapters, although their length varied slightly.
