The concept art of Red Dead Redemption 2 shows what could have happened in the game

A concept art from Red Dead Redemption 2 shared by former Rockstar senior art director was discovered two months after it was posted.

An undiscovered concept art album for Red Dead Redemption 2 was uploaded to ArtStation by a former Rockstar designer Daren Bader. The album was published two months ago, but was only recently discovered by the user deadasdisco on the website GTAForums.

Uploaded by the former Senior Art Director, the album showed an interesting perspective on the creative process behind one of Rockstar’s best games. Although the game received less support from Rockstar with its standalone Red Dead Online release, many fans still value the Red Dead Redemption 2 plot. Unfortunately, the ArtStation album linked to the GTAForum post was deleted. The album itself shows no change in the game, but the beautiful concept art was labeled with names that may have been characteristic of the game. On the one hand, there are two images that, once downloaded, would be saved as “scaling”. This may have been a resource for the gameplay of the original storyline. Red Dead Redemption 2. Although the album was deleted, some concept art was happily shared on the site and saved by discovered users. The initial conceptual art is interesting to look at, especially when compared to the final versions of the characters and locations. Fans crossed their fingers over a Rockstar art book to showcase the amazing concept art and the work that came from it. Hopefully, one of these albums and art books will be released in the future.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is now available for PC, PS4, Stadia and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X / S versions coming in 2021.
