The “CBS Sunday Morning” special on the career and controversy surrounding filmmaker Woody Allen debuts on March 28 at Paramount +

Paramount + will exclusively broadcast a “CBS Sunday Morning” special, anchored by Lee Cowan, featuring an interview with filmmaker Woody Allen, the “CBS This Morning” interview with Dylan Farrow and an article by Erin Moriarty about controversial artists and their art, in “CBS Sunday Morning” – “The Woody Allen Interview.”

The special will be available at Paramount + from March 28.

Cowan interviewed Allen in July 2020 about his new memories, in what is the filmmaker’s first in-depth interview in almost three decades. The special also includes the extensive 2018 interview for “CBS This Morning” with Dylan Farrow, in which she details her allegations that she was abused by Allen in 1992 and denies having been trained. And Moriarty explores the challenges that the public faces when respected artists are accused – or discovered – of having acted in a morally questionable manner.

Allen has repeatedly denied the allegations that recovered attention after the recent series of documentaries “Allen v. Farrow”. Some experts dismissed the allegations and he was never charged with a crime.
