The cast of ‘RHOC’ is next to Braunwyn Windham-Burke’s husband Sean

Braunwyn Windham-Burke’s co-stars are on the side of her husband, Sean Burke, as the couple navigate through an open wedding.

In a sample clip from Part 2 of the “RHOC” meeting, the girls defend Sean after Braunwyn’s public announcement last month that she is gay, but will remain married to Sean.

“I just don’t see how happy Sean will be in this situation,” said cast member Emily Simpson in the clip.

Sean responded by saying, “For me, I take most of my happiness from my children and we have many of them. If I didn’t date and my kids were great and I could spend my time with them, then I’m fine. “

Braunwyn, 43, and Sean are the parents of seven children: Bella, 20, Rowan, 18, Jacob, 15, the twins Curran and Caden, 7, Koa, 5, and Hazel, 2.

Kelly Dodd greeted Sean by calling him “selfless person” and “saint”, and Shannon Beador agreed.

Beador then turned his attention to Braunwyn, saying, “We just have a lot of empathy for Sean because you told us, ‘It’s my time. I’m doing things I want to do. ‘And you have seven children and I must say, you keep posting pictures – you are here, you are traveling here and Sean is at home with the children. “

Braunwyn then started yelling at her castmates to say that she was with her youngest son all day because she still wasn’t going to school. Sean took her side.

Andy Cohen then pressured the couple about their self-proclaimed “modern marriage” and how their children are coping with the changes. Braunwyn confessed that he talks to his older children “honestly” about what is going on behind closed doors, but he doesn’t tell the younger ones anything.

“Bella doesn’t really like that,” she admitted. “She says she would like to have the parents she had when she was a child. And then Rowan and Jakey are like, ‘Cool’ ”.

She concluded by saying that she hopes to find a way to make their relationship work that pleases everyone and hopes that they can remain under the same roof as co-parents.

Meanwhile, Sean said he hopes they can maintain “a good and decent structure for our children, so that they can really have something healthy and see something different”.

He is not sure what his next steps will be or whether they will stay together for a long time.

Braunwyn and Sean’s relationship came under scrutiny after she declared herself a lesbian in December, but said she and Sean will not be separated. They also celebrated their vows with each other with a renewal earlier this season.

However, later in the season, Braunwyn confessed to hitting Sean on several occasions and said he allowed his alcoholism. She now says she is sober.

Braunwyn and Sean appear to be together – despite the fact that he moved for a short time late last year – and were recently seen visiting a sex shop together. Braunwyn is dating a woman named Kris, 29, whom she met on Tinder.

The second part of the “RHOC” meeting will air Wednesday night at 9 pm Eastern Time.
