The boys showrunner Eric Kripke confirms that Season 3 will include the comic book NSFW Herogasm storyline and reveals when fans can expect it. Based on the Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson comics, The boys debuted on Amazon Prime in 2019 and became the most profane superhero program out there. The series imagines a world where superheroes are treated like modern-day celebrities, although their unbridled power has led to immense corruption among the ranks of the greatest supers. The starting boys are a group of watchmen who aim to defeat the Seven, the most influential super team in the world.

The boys is known for his shocking moments of blood and profanity, and last year’s second season has greatly increased the stakes. Within the eight episodes, the audience was presented with a whale being impaled by a speedboat, a supernatural with a prehensile penis and several exploding heads. It all seems difficult to overcome, but The boys season 3 evidently plans to take things further with Herogasm. In comics, Herogasm is an annual event where the world’s supporters gather for a drug-sponsored orgy sponsored by companies.
Kripke caused Herogasm to arrive for a while, and now the writer has taken these provocations a step further. “From the first day, everyone challenged me to do this episode, ” Kripke wrote on social media next to a photo of The boys‘season 3, script from episode 6. “CHALLENGE MEET THE MOTHERFUCKERS. “That’s right: Episode 6 of The boysThe third season is “Herogasm”, so now fans know when to expect the NSFW event. The episode is written by Jessica Chou. You can see Kripke’s full post below.
Provided The boys the third season continues with the same episode count as the first two seasons, Herogasm will come very close to the end, leaving only two episodes to deal with the consequences. As the name and basic description suggest, The boys‘Herogasm is an extremely dirty occasion, and it will be interesting to see how Kripke and his team manage to do this in a way that honors comics and does not exceed the limits of Amazon’s content standards. Kripke said earlier that Amazon did not censor any part of the The boys season 2, but Herogasm can break that streak.
Herogasm a thing will not includes the infamous comic sex scene between Homelander (Antony Starr) and Soldier Boy (Jensen Ackles). Kripke has already confirmed this, and considering the dark issues of consent it raises, it is probably the best. There is no doubt that there will already be a great deal of debauchery during Herogasm. It will certainly help The boys maintain its grossest and most depraved program status on television.
