Buffalo Bills is one of the top four teams in the NFL, with a week remaining in the regular season alongside the Kansas City Chiefs, Green Bay Packers and New Orleans Saints.
Bills Mafia, we haven’t been able to say that for a long time.
However, it is something that cannot be discussed at this time. Since his goodbye week, Buffalo is undefeated. The team defeated the suddenly hot Los Angeles Chargers in a two-goal game before entering a dominant race in front of a national audience. Buffalo dealt with the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football, showed his dominance over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday Night Football, and then defeated the Denver Broncos in a Saturday afternoon game to win AFC East. The dominant Bills race continued last night in a laugh over the New England Patriots. Buffalo is beating his opponents by 173 to 84 since his goodbye.
Now 12-3, Buffalo needs to decide how he will play against the Miami Dolphins. Are they the top starters in the entire game or do they play with everyone for a specific period of time? AFC’s No. 2 seed will be in play in the final week of the season. Buffalo will keep that seed with a victory over Miami or a defeat for the Steelers. The latter seems likely with Ben Roethlisberger sitting in favor of Mason Rudolph and the Browns playing for their lives in the playoff against Pittsburgh, but anything can happen in the NFL. A Bill win can also take Miami out of the playoffs.
Buffalo seems to have a plan in place, but we probably won’t know until closer to Sunday’s game. Heading for the final showdown of the regular season, this is where the Bills find themselves in various power ratings.

Some say they had already won AFC East, but it took a lot of effort by the Patriots in Foxboro, in front of a national audience, to really make it official.

New Year’s Resolution: Get comfortable with a target in the back
The Bills are a difficult team to find a solution – they are doing almost everything well at the end of the regular season. But after beating AFC East for the first time in 25 years, it will be difficult to play the unlucky card that Buffalo used to play for the past two seasons. There will be an increase in expectations for the accounts when the calendar turns; they need to be as comfortable with a target on their backs as with a splinter on their shoulders.

The Bills sent a message on Monday, entering Gillette Stadium as if they owned the place and flaunting themselves with a 38-9 victory over the defenseless Patriots. This is the same Buffalo franchise that served as a relentless punching bag for New England during Bill Belichick / Tom Brady’s reign of terror in the previous two decades. Those days are over now, and you can understand if the Bills considered Monday night as revenge for 20 years of misery. Meanwhile, after another dominant performance by Josh Allen, is it time to get your name in the MVP conversation with Aaron Rodgers and Patrick Mahomes? Otherwise, you are not paying enough attention to the magic that is brewing in western New York.

The Kansas City Chiefs are widely considered to be favorites to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl LV. The Chiefs are 14-1, the defending champions and have a victory over the Bills.
But if the New England Patriots explosion on Monday is any indication, the Bills are not far away – by no means.
The Bills destroyed a defeated team at Gillette Stadium. Josh Allen had all day in his pocket and made the most of 320 passing yards and four goals in just over three quarters of work. Wide receiver Stefon Diggs set a new franchise record for receiving yards (and helped more than a few people win fantasy championships) with nine receptions for 145 yards and three scores.
The Bills could finish second in the AFC (and take another rival out of the playoff division) next week with a victory over the Miami Dolphins.
And there is no team at the conference that wants to play with this one now – the Chiefs included.

The Bills were dominant in Monday night’s road victory over the Patriots and are in line for second place in the AFC. From the way QB Josh Allen and WR Stefon Diggs are playing, they are probably the biggest threat to the Chiefs at the conference.
