The baby kangaroo jumps aboard the American Airlines subsidiary in a beautiful Instagram video

A baby kangaroo was seen jumping down the aisle of a PSA Airlines flight.

The video captured by a PSA Airlines, Inc. flight attendant, Bobby Weston, was shared on AA Stews’ Instagram page – an account dedicated to highlighting the flight attendants for American Airlines, PSA’s parent company.

The brief clip shows the little marsupial being led through an almost empty hut while a masked man swings a bag to encourage the kangaroo to follow him.

“He will follow you. Go ahead and go,” a voice can be heard behind the camera as the kangaroo walks down the hall.

“You can go much further, see,” added the voice. “Go on. He wants to jump.”

AA Stews described the event as a “wildlife conservation effort” that moved the North Carolina joey to Virginia, which an American Airlines spokesman confirmed was faithful to Fox News.

PSA Airlines is a regional commercial aircraft that operates a fleet consisting only of jets to approximately 100 destinations.

The airline’s parent company, American Airlines, made headlines earlier this month for aligning its animal travel policies with new requests from the U.S. Department of Transportation.

As of February 1, only service animals that perform a task will be allowed on flights with disabled passengers. Emotionally supported animals and pets must be allowed in the cabin as hand luggage if they meet the Department of Transportation requirements, according to an American Airlines press release. Transporting animals and pets in an airplane hold is another option available.

It is not clear why the baby kangaroo was allowed to board the PSA Airlines flight cabin and whether there is an exception for wildlife conservation animals versus emotional support animals and pets.
