The Armie Hammer scandal involving allegations of disturbing fantasies, explained cannibalism

Armie Hammer found himself at the center of a controversy last month that started on social media involving allegations that he shared sexual fantasies involving cannibalism with women.

In late January 10, the 34-year-old actor started to become a trend on Twitter after an anonymous Instagram account called House of Effie shared a series of screenshots showing explicit messages allegedly sent from the actor’s Instagram account to a woman .

The messages – which have not been verified – allegedly showed Hammer calling an unidentified woman his “slave” and discussing BDSM acts. In one message, he seems to admit to being “100% a cannibal” and in another, he allegedly discusses cutting off a woman’s toe and keeping it “in her pocket”.

The disturbing images led several women to make bizarre claims and even allegations of emotional abuse against Hammer.

Hammer initially called the charges against him “bulls – t.” In mid-January, his lawyer, Andrew Brettler, also denied the charges in a statement shared with Fox News.

“These statements about Mr. Hammer are patently false. Any interactions with that person, or any partner of his, were totally consensual, as they were fully discussed, agreed upon and mutually participatory. The stories that are being perpetuated in the media are an attempted mistake to present a one-sided narrative with the aim of tarnishing Mr. Hammer’s reputation, and the communications of the individuals involved prove it. “

Women speak loudly

Among the women who complained about Hammer was his ex-girlfriend Paige Lorenze. In an interview with Fox News, the 23-year-old model and college student said she believed the “Call Me By Your Name” actor had “a desire to hurt women”.

Lorenze first claimed to Star magazine that the actor shared his desire to smoke and eat her ribs. Speaking to Fox News, Lorenze said Hammer expressed his desire “very early” in the relationship and said it was “definitely upsetting”.

“He was talking about looking for a doctor to remove my ribs that I don’t need – the ribs that are underneath – and that he had a smoker at home. He wanted to smoke and eat them. He wondered how they would taste and he basically said, ‘I bet they would taste good’. “

Lorenze also shared photos of a scar from the letter “A” that she said Hammer cut into his body – just above his groin – with a knife. “His behavior was definitely cult,” Lorenze told us, calling the act “painful”.

Lorenze said Hammer “was serious” about eating his ribs. “I think he really wants to hurt women,” she said.

Another woman who claimed to have dated Hammer previously is the founder of the Courtney Vucekovich app. In an interview with Page Six, she said that Hammer also expressed his desire to “break my rib, barbecue and eat it”. Vucekovich did not respond to Fox News’s requests for comment.

Writer Jessica Ciencin Henriquez, who reportedly also dated Hammer last fall, said on Instagram that she believes the messages are “real”. Ciencin Henriquez declined to comment when contacted by Fox News.

Hammer has been married to Elizabeth Chambers for 10 years. In July, Chambers announced his separation on social media. The ex-couple shares daughter Harper Grace, 5, and son Ford Douglas Armand, 3.

Chambers spoke on Monday, February 1, in a long Instagram post.

“For weeks, I’ve been trying to process everything that happened. I’m shocked, heartbroken and devastated,” she started in the caption. “Disgust aside, I am listening and will continue to listen and educate myself on these delicate matters. I didn’t know how much I didn’t know.”

Chambers then said that he supports “any victim of aggression or abuse” and encouraged anyone who has gone through such a trial to seek help to heal.

“At this point, I will not comment on this matter anymore,” he said. “My only focus and attention will continue to be on our children, my work and healing during this incredibly difficult period.”

Miss Cayman scandal

While his previous romantic partners were demonstrating, Hammer was attacked by another controversy involving a post he made on a private Instagram account.

In an apology, Hammer confirmed that the video of a woman, whom he referred to as “Miss Cayman”, was leaked. “Miss Cayman” is similar to the title awarded to the Miss Cayman Islands Universe contest winner.

“I would like to clarify that the person in my video, who was stolen from my private Instagram, is not Miss Cayman,” he told the Cayman Compass. “I sincerely regret any confusion that my silly attempt at humor may have caused.”

The woman’s face, which was reportedly “half-naked”, was not visible in the video, according to Compass.

“My deepest condolences to Miss Cayman, whom I do not know, and to the entire organization, as I had no intention of suggesting that she was in fact Miss Cayman,” added Hammer.

The video was also reported by the Miss Cayman Islands Universe Committee. Days later, the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) confirmed in a press that it had received a report on the incident and investigated it.

“On January 15, 2021, RCIPS received a report of misuse of ICT in relation to a suggestive video that had been posted on social networks. The police investigated the matter and spoke to the suspect, who was alerted about his conduct, in accordance with the complainant’s wishes, “says the statement.

The RCIPS confirms that “the matter is closed”.

Affected actor career

As a result of the ongoing scandal, Hammer left his role in “Marriage with shotgun”. He was supposed to appear alongside Jennifer Lopez.

“I am not responding to these bulls-t claims, but in the light of the wicked and spurious online attacks against me, I cannot, in good conscience, leave my children for 4 months to make a film in the Dominican Republic,” said Hammer. in a statement to Variety. “Lionsgate is supporting me in this and I am grateful to them for that.”
