The Android 11 One UI 3.0 update for the Galaxy S20 FE has gone truly global

Samsung’s official roadmaps for the One UI 3.0 update based on Android 11 for Galaxy devices in different countries appear to be completely random, if the launch of the update for the Galaxy S20 FE is something to follow. According to these roadmaps, the S20 FE should make the leap to One UI 3.0 by February in some markets, but Samsung has already started what appears to be a global launch of the early update.

After launching the update for the Galaxy S20 FE LTE variant almost a week ago, Samsung also started updating the 5G variant. And the best part is that the new firmware is now available for the LTE and 5G variants in more than a dozen countries on different continents. This means that there is a good chance that you will find the update waiting for you when you click on the Download and install option on your S20 FE’s Settings »Software update menu.

The Android 11 software version for the Galaxy S20 FE G780FXXU1BTL1 and G781BXXU1BTL4 for the LTE and 5G variants, respectively. As usual, you can find the relevant firmware in our files and use it to manually update your phone using a Windows PC, although a full data backup is recommended before following this path.
