The accused stalker of Pete Davidson allegedly attacked him with unwanted gifts

The woman arrested for entering the home of “Saturday Night Live” star Pete Davidson in Staten Island had already sent him a barrage of unwanted gifts, prosecutors revealed in court on Friday – when a judge imposed an order of restriction on the suspect.

Michelle Mootreddy sat behind a screen of white metal bars while being accused of theft, trespassing, stalking and rapping harassment during the virtual hearing at the Richmond County Criminal Court – before being released on supervised release.

“In this case, the defendant was involved in a conduct that involved several cases of harassment, including sending letters and packages to Peter Davidson’s home, as well as subsequently entering the home without permission,” said assistant public prosecutor Matthew Stupp.

Judge Ronald Castorina Jr. released Mootreddy on supervised release after the brief hearing – while issuing a restraining order in favor of Davidson, his younger sister Casey Davidson and his mother Amy Waters.

“The court is issuing a complete protection order,” the judge told Mootreddy. “You understand this?”

“Yes,” she replied in a cheerful voice.

Mootreddy, who once issued a press release alleging that she and the comedian were married, showed up at his house around 3 pm Thursday, when he was not at home.

She knocked on the door, and a woman who answered told the fan to leave – but instead, Mootreddy sneaked to the side of the house, sneaked in through a side door and went into the kitchen, according to a criminal complaint.

The woman who answered the door, Marjorie Agostino, again told Mootreddy to disappear, officials said.

“I’m here for Pete. Pete told me to come here, ”said Mootreddy.

When the police showed up, Mootreddy told them that she had a “telepathic love connection” with the 27-year-old artist, police sources said.

At some point during the bizarre interaction, Mootreddy reportedly told Davidson’s mother that she was responsible for the packages and letters he had received at the Holdridge Avenue house since October 31.

Agostino’s relationship with Davidson was not immediately clear. She also received an order of protection against the suspect.

If convicted on the main charge, Mootreddy faces up to 15 years in prison.
