Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 for $ 339 ($ 61 off): If you’re looking for an alternative to the Apple Watch, this is it. It has features for measuring blood oxygen saturation, an electrocardiogram and you can do all the usual functions of the smartwatch, such as tracking steps and responding to notifications on your phone.
