The 29 main Generation Z VCs in change of venture capital

Generation Z venture capitalists made headlines by creating unions, networking in Slack groups and making noise at the Clubhouse. It quickly became clear: Generation Z is already shaking the venture capital industry.

There is no definite path for Generation Z, people born between 1995 and 2010, to venture out. Some got their first job by luck with a cold email, while others caught the attention of big shots through ambitious personal projects. For example, a Gen Zer on our list got his job as a venture capitalist after writing a book at age 18 that impressed a partner in a venture company. Others are renouncing traditional companies entirely, opting instead to invest angel in startups led by Gen Z founders they believe in.

But there are some points in common among the rising stars on this list: almost everyone enjoys social media in some way (see: the three superstars of TikTok), many deeply understand the importance of forming their own Generation V venture communities Z and almost all of them want to change the world.

Insider compiled this list by talking to dozens of Generation Z venture capitalists to discover the rising stars who are making names for themselves in their own spheres.

So, whether through funds they themselves founded or rising through the ranks of Silicon Valley energy companies, here are Generation Z venture capitalists making their mark in the industry, organized alphabetically by last names.
