If you like dried meat, try this meat biltong. When I first saw it, I simply assumed it was similar to dried meat. In a way it is, but the process is a little different. Both beef jerky and biltong are dried and cured with salt, but biltong is also thicker and cured with vinegar instead of smoked. This gives biltong a slightly different flavor, but similarities in texture to beef jerky. While this is an excellent low-carb option, it is high in sodium, so you can limit your portion size or watch your salt intake for the rest of the day.
