HOUSTON – More coronavirus vaccine centers have been designated in the Houston area.
According to officials at the State Department of Health Services, more than 333,000 first doses of the vaccine are due to be delivered next week to 260 suppliers across Texas. Texas is also ordering 500,000 second doses, officials said.
Among these providers, there are 79 centers focused on large-scale vaccination efforts.

Previously, the state called three centers in the Houston area. Health officials released a list on Saturday showing that several other centers were established in the Houston area.
