Short-handed Wildcats may be left without the player who started at the point of the previous two games.
On Christmas morning, John Calipari revealed that the team was not at full strength, but as is tradition at Joe Craft Center, no details were shared. He simply said that the team could not play on the entire court without Keion Brooks, Cam’Ron Fletcher and this anonymous third player.
“We still have an injured player. I won’t tell you, ”said Calipari. “I hope he can practice a little today. When you have this, you take even more. But we are not the only ones. There are no excuses here. “
It didn’t take long for the proverbial Cat to get out of the bag. A fan, Ethan Collins, saw Terrence Clarke with a boot standing on the training ground after a player posted a video on Snapchat.

Clarke has been in the hiking boot since he rolled his ankle against North Carolina. No words if Clarke managed to practice before today’s game in Louisville. I hope he can try on Saturday afternoon.
8h50 UPDATE
Wonderful news. Clarke dropped his new shoe and was a full participant in this morning’s shooting. It looks like he’ll be able to play this afternoon.
