A source said the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star, who renovated the house last year, received an offer on Monday, but it may be months before the deposit closes.

Teresa and Joe completed construction of the property in 2008 and she was featured on The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

They paid $ 530,000 for the 3.7-acre plot in 2002, seven years before she started starring in The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.

Evidently, it took them six years to build their 10,044 square foot mansion, which has six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.

They reportedly listed the house for the first time in September 2014, six months after pleading guilty to the fraud charges that led to their arrest.

The original asking price was almost $ 5 million, according to Realtor.com, and they scored twice in the following months, but did not sell.

At the time, they were charging $ 3,999,000 – but two months later it gave in and dropped half a million dollars over the asking price.
