Teresa Giudice and her boyfriend took a big step in their business relationship … they bought a house together … so, Joe who?
The star of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” and her boyfriend, Luis alleys, are listed as owners on the $ 3,350,000 property registry for an apartment in Montville, NJ.
A source close to Teresa tells us that Luis invests in real estate, and the couple’s latest venture is an extension of that. We have been informed that Luis has put the money into the house and Guidice will likely act as the property manager.
The house has 7,728 square meters with 7 rooms, as well as a library, theater, gym, garage for 6 cars and swimming pool with waterfalls, slide and hut.
Teresa didn’t have to look far to find the nearly 6-acre property … it’s just 3 houses below her brother’s property Joe and sister-in-law Melissa Recently sold.
Our sources tell us that Teresa and Luis are NOT living in their new home, and it is unclear whether they plan to move out at any time or try to reverse the situation. Real estate is generally a solid investment.
