Teen accused of alleged attack on BMW in cell phone video

A 15-year-old boy was arrested on Thursday after footage posted on social media showing a group of teenagers attacking a BMW SUV parked at an intersection in New York City.

Police said the incident occurred at about 4 pm Tuesday, according to a local NBC News affiliate.
