Teams to potentially hire JuJu Smith-Schuster

Not that we thought it would be any different, but it’s looking more and more like JuJu Smith-Schuster who will take a walk during the NFL’s free agency period that begins March 17 at 4:00 pm ET.

Below is a list of places where Smith-Schuster can end up.

3 LA chargers

Smith-Schuster would be at home if the Chargers made him an offer he couldn’t refuse. Born and raised in Long Beach, much of the recipient’s family lives in Cali. Not to mention that there is no better place than Los Angeles to build your brand. And who wouldn’t want to receive passes from Newcomer of the Year, Justin Herbert? This is a perfect scenario for Smith-Schuster, joining the solid reception body of Keenan Allen and Mike Williams.

Miami is where it is for the early 20s, and the Dolphins are in reconstruction mode looking to add young people to their squad. Smith-Schuster would make a good pair with veteran DeVante Parker and Preston Williams, of the third year. You can bet that Tua Tagovailoa would sign the JuJu himself if he could.

Another great place to build your brand would be New York City. If the Jets decide to stay with quarterback Sam Darnold, it will be a fairytale reunion. The two played together at USC, so chemistry, confidence, those characteristics you want in a QB-WR duo would be no problem. Smith-Schuster may be just what Darnold needs to shine – he hasn’t had a JuJu caliber receiver yet to launch.

And, man, do Jets need an infusion of talent in the position of receiver, or what? Smith-Schuster would probably be the WR1 here and, as we have seen, it performs better when the spotlight is not just on him. Perhaps a change of scenery is exactly what JuJu needs to succeed in the role of a guy.
