Taylor Swift takes numbers 1 and 2 on the Billboard album sales chart with ‘Evermore’ and ‘Folklore’

Ever was released on December 11th by Republic Records with few warnings, and was only available as a standard downloadable digital album (from traditional digital retailers such as iTunes, as well as Swift’s own official webstore) and a standard streaming album. Its CD edition didn’t hit stores until Friday, December 18th (so expect good sales in the second week of the album). The cassette and vinyl LP configurations are to be made in 2021.
