Tamar Braxton you no longer need to keep your distance from your ex-boyfriend … because we learned that his restraining order was dissolved after none of them showed up in court.
Neither Tamar nor the singer’s ex, David Adefeso, appeared at the hearing on the matter on Tuesday, so the judge closed the case and dissolved the restraining order.
We spread the story … Adefeso filed a request for domestic violence restraining order against Tamar in September and was temporarily granted one. David claimed that Tamar attacked him while he was driving his car and threatened to kill him.
Tamar denied the charges the following month at “The Tamron Hall Show”.
As you may remember … David was the only one who called 911 last summer, when he was dating Tamar and reported his alleged suicide attempt. He claimed at the time, she WeTV Meat it was the reason why she wanted to kill herself.
As to why neither Tamar nor David appeared in court … it is not clear, however, we were told that they have not reconciled.
