Supposedly, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Leaker reveals the final two DLC characters

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s next two DLC characters would have leaked, courtesy of a Smash Bros. leaker with a little history. The Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite games added Pyra and Mythra from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 this month, which means Fighters Pass Vol. 2 has two more spots. According to the aforementioned leak, one of these points will be filled by Dante de Devil May Cry, a character that many players are surprised by hasn’t been added yet. Next to Dante is supposed to be Arthur Morgan, the protagonist of Red Dead Redemption 2, a character that no one expected or expected.

The leak comes in the way of the Twitter user Archer, which notably conveyed the news of the addition of Sephiroth before Nintendo announced the DLC character at The Game Awards 2020. Sure, accurately conveying the word of a DLC character before it is automatically revealed gives credibility, but the fact that it is Sephiroth is even more remarkable. The addition of Sephiroth left the left field, and before the reveal, many did not have the character on their DLC bingo card.

That said, although the leak in question hit Sephiroth, it doesn’t mean he should be taken to the bank. While Dante is a somewhat safe bet, Arthur Morgan is an almost absurd cry. For some, this is a big red flag, but for others, it actually gives credibility to the leak.

Of course, if Arthur Morgan is added, he opens the door to Red Dead Redemption 2 to come to Nintendo Switch. That said, the only thing more absurd than Arthur Morgan being added to the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is the idea of the Nintendo Switch running Red Dead Redemption 2, but maybe that’s where the supposed Nintendo Switch Pro comes into the equation.

For now, take it all with a grain of salt, as you would any other Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Rumor or leak from DLC. At the time of publication, Nintendo did not address the rumor in any way, nor did Rockstar Games or Capcom. If that changes, we will update the story accordingly.
