2020 was the year of ‘rona, but 2021 may be another year plagued by a new disease that is apparently emerging … “super gonorrhea”, which is receiving assistance from COVID.
The World Health Organization (WHO) told Sun that a mutant and more powerful strain of burning STDs is spreading around the world … partly because of the pandemic, which has left more people taking drugs and antibiotics – in addition to limiting their access to health care.
The WHO representative says: “Excessive use of antibiotics in the community can fuel the emergence of antimicrobial resistance in gonorrhea. Azithromycin – a common antibiotic for the treatment of respiratory infections – was used to treat Covid-19 early in the epidemic. . “

This is true … in the early days of the virus, doctors and hospitals were prescribing azithromycin, thinking it could help prevent problems caused by COVID – but the therapy was recently dismissed as mostly ineffective.
But there is more … the WHO representative continues to explain that STD services have been severely restricted due to stoppages and all … and because of that many people have not been diagnosed and treated, which could have led to the spread of supergonorrhea.
COVID patients should receive antibiotics because bacterial co-infections are common.
Wrong! > 90% of patients hospitalized with COVID DO NOT have a bacterial coinfection. This meta-analysis studied 3337 patients.

As a result … the regular form of gonorrhea that we all know and love has become stronger and more resistant to antibiotics that would normally kill it (such as azithromycin). Not only that, but increase your chances of getting HIV at least 5 times … so there are bigger ramifications.
So what is the solution ??? Some things, according to medical experts … new treatments for one, less prescription of antibiotics, unless needed, and perhaps more protection during sex.
