Weeknd was announced as the artist of the Super Bowl LV halftime long before we knew which game the team was going to impact his performance on and since then he’s been preparing to perform for the limited audience that will be in the game. To make sure it was “what he imagined”, he spent $ 7 million of his own money to make the program “cinematic”.
