The package includes all images, as well as configuration profiles to install the alternate icons, so that you do not need to see the notification of shortcuts every time you start the application.
As always, be careful when installing profiles on your device. You can check what’s inside a profile directly in the Settings app, although the website makes it clear that the only thing in those profiles is the web clips that are created.
