After recording the NBA’s worst record last year, the Warriors opened their season with unbalanced defeats to the Brooklyn Nets and Milwaukee Bucks and appear to be sinking in the bay.
Andrew Wiggins looked like a disaster. Kelly Oubre was somehow even worse. Draymond Green is still injured. Klay Thompson is out of this season. James Wiseman has been a bright spot, but it’s hard to hope for a team whose bright spot is a great newcomer.
And there is Stephen Curry, who averages 19.5 points per game, while throwing 20% in the 3-point range and publicly venting about the team’s performance.
It all adds up to a convincing argument that the Warriors remained cooked, but the Warriors made their best counter-argument on Saturday with a video of Curry shooting 3 points.

Stephen Curry is good at shooting
Per Raymond Ridder, senior vice president of communications for Warriors, Curry’s 3-point streak came in 105 consecutive marks, with 103 of them on camera.
This is a decent reminder that even with all the Warriors’ fights, they still have the best sniper of all time, and he won’t shoot 20% in three for very long. And who knows, maybe Green will come back, Oubre will make a field goal this is not a dunk and Wiseman will become a real impact player.
It is a long way for the Warriors to even return to the playoffs, and they will need Curry in the driver’s seat for this to happen.
