For Friday’s episode, Colbert will welcome Dr. Anthony Fauci in his first appearance on ‘Late Show’.
As a year has passed since the new coronavirus pandemic resulted in shutdowns and forced the night program to adjust to remote filming, Stephen Colbert is taking a trip down memory lane.
In a special episode of A late show with Stephen Colbert, scheduled to air on Friday, the dawn host will look back on a quarantine year and reflect on the anniversary of the last recording of CBS production at Ed Sullivan Theater, in which Colbert continued with the show in an empty theater , with only the show team and team in the audience.
