Everyone wants JJ Watt.
The former defensive arm of the Houston Texans has been on the market for just a few days and has quickly become the most sought-after free agent in recent history. Each fan base is trying to find a way to fit Watt into their salary cap and scheme, including the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Even Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster is taking action. Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Deandre Hopkins used Instagram to lobby for his former teammate to join him in Arizona. But Smith-Schuster hijacked the post with his own comment about Watt coming to Pittsburgh to play with his brothers.
In case you didn’t know, TJ and Derek, JJ’s younger brothers, are already playing for Steelers. But the biggest conclusion of Smith-Schuster’s comment may be the fact that he is attracting Watt to Pittsburgh, although he himself is a future free agent. Perhaps this is a harbinger that Smith-Schuster plans to return to the Steelers and wants all three Watt brothers with him.
