Starbucks Corp. SBUX,
said on Monday that new non-dairy drinks, including those made with Oatly oat milk, will be sold nationwide on Tuesday. The Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Espresso Batido and Iced Chocolate Almond Shaken Espresso are the latest news on the menu. Honey Oatmilk Latte will be available nationwide for the first time. And customers will now have the option to add oat milk with oats to their drinks, along with soy milk, coconut milk and almond milk. Oatly’s parent company, Havre Global AB, announced last week that it had filed confidentially to go public. Also for spring, Starbucks is adding a cold pineapple matcha drink, and Pink Drink, a strawberry açaí drink made with coconut milk. Starbucks shares rose 37.7% last year, exceeding the S&P 500 SPX index,
which is an increase of 29% in the period.
