DALLAS (CBSDFW / AP) – Federal officials have accused a former Southwest Airlines pilot of indecent exposure for an incident they say occurred during a flight last August.
Michael Haak was the pilot in command of the plane during a flight from Philadelphia to Orlando, Florida, according to a one-page lawsuit in the federal district court in Maryland.

According to the document, dated Friday, Haak exposed his genitals in acts that began, continued and ended while flight 6607 on August 10 was in the air. The document does not indicate the circumstances and who may have witnessed the incident.

It was not possible to determine whether Haak has a lawyer.
A Southwest spokeswoman said Haak left the airline before the company heard about the incident. Since hearing about it, she said, Southwest has cooperated with investigators.
