South Carolina Women’s Ole Miss Ole Women’s Game Postponed

COLUMBIA, SC – South Carolina’s women’s basketball game against Ole Miss on December 31 at Colonial Life Arena was postponed due to a combination of positive tests, contact tracking and subsequent quarantine of individuals with Ole Miss’s women’s basketball program, consistent with the Southeast COVID Conference- 19 management requirements.

The SEC’s COVID-19 management requirements, as developed by the SEC’s Medical Guidance and Return to Activity Task Force, are available at SECSports.com (PDF).

At the moment, no constitution date has been set for what would be the SEC opening for both teams. Tickets for the December 31 game will be honored on the makeup date of the match. Ticket holders for the South Carolina women’s basketball season will receive an email from the box office with more information.

Gamecocks No. 5/4 are scheduled to play on Monday, January 4, in Alabama. They will be back at the Colonial Life Arena for a 7 pm complaint against Georgia on Thursday, January 7.
