South Carolina man, 75, missing in Snowy Philly-Bucks area

PHILADELPHIA – With snow covering the area, local police are asking for help in locating a 75-year-old missing person from another state.

Samuel Williams, 75, of South Carolina, was last seen Tuesday afternoon at the Philadelphia Mills Mall, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. The mall has an address in Philadelphia, but is only a few blocks from Bensalem.

Williams was spotted by his daughter at about 1 pm Tuesday at the mall, at 1455 Franklin Mills Circle, in front of Urban Planet.

Williams lives in South Carolina and is not familiar with the Philadelphia area, police said.
His daughter lives in Trenton, NJ

Williams is 5 feet and 10 inches tall and weighs 148 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray hair. Police said it was not known what he was last seen.
