The University of South Carolina will offer two separate “mini-packages” of tickets for this season’s five home football games, with seats offered exclusively to ticket holders for the season that the school announced on Thursday.

A statement stated: “Dividing the season into two mini-packs allows season ticket holders to purchase their regular number of tickets for each game, while ensuring that all season ticket holders can watch multiple games on home if the full season. “

Package A includes the opening of the September 26 season against Tennessee, the November 7 game against Texas A&M and the home final on November 28 against Georgia. Package B features the October 17 meeting with Auburn and the November 21 match against Missouri.

The university’s capacity previously announced at Williams-Brice Stadium (which seats 80,250) will be limited to approximately 20,000 fans per game.

The seat selection for each plan will be conducted through two separate online processes with the first of September 10th. Gamecock Club members who have not opted for seat selection through the Reinvest for Success campaign will have a selection time for Package A based on the level donation and then points.

Upon completion of the selection of seats for Package A, selection for Package B will begin with those donors who have not selected seats for the foreground. If seats for Package B remain after selections are completed, members who purchased Package A will have a second selection time for the opportunity to purchase Package B.

In accordance with the safety measures relating to COVID-19, the stadium seats used will be configured within a pod system using six feet of distance between groups and no more than two groups per line.
