The season that is not going to end is only getting worse.

Rumors were circulating around Kentucky, potentially adding a non-conference team to this week’s schedule and the game would have been played on Thursday night. Coach John Calipari confirmed on his radio show on Wednesday that the opponent would have been the undefeated Gonzaga Bulldogs, although that was never formulated in the end. This Saturday’s game against South Carolina is actually a replacement game from the start of the season. The two teams were due to play on December 29, but it was postponed due to problems with the COVID-19 and rescheduled for the last game of the regular season.
The complaint is scheduled for Saturday noon on ESPN.
