It is indisputable that 2020 was an unprecedented year, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic meant that many people could not spend the holiday season with their families and friends. While Sophie Turner isolates herself with her husband, Joe Jonas, and their new daughter, Willa, the War of Thrones the actress has reflected on what she is missing.
Taking to her stories on Instagram, Turner shared a selfie earlier this year when she was still pregnant with baby Willa. In response to the prompt, “Something you missed,” Turner wrote, “MY BELLY.” The sweet snap is a reminder of how much has changed for Turner this year, as the new mother is adapting to life with a girl.
Turner also shared a selfie taken by her husband during the Christmas holidays. Turner and Jonas are wearing Christmas hats in a lovely snap.
A report recently suggested that Turner and Jonas may be hoping to expand their family sooner or later. A source would have said Us Weekly, “Joe and Sophie are already trying to have another baby … They are very excited to expand their family. Having the baby has made them very close and they want to have a big family together.”
And according to Entertainment Tonight, Turner and Jonas quickly became parents. “The couple is already obsessed and can’t stop rejoicing with their new addition,” a source told the publication. “The couple is enjoying this special moment and just shared the news and updates with family and friends. With the pandemic, Joe and Sophie have been very cautious about who is close to them and their daughter.”
