Some Crash Bandicoot 4 players are unable to upgrade to the PS5 version

Crash Bandicoot 4 It's time for PS5

First it was Yakuza: Like a Dragon that put PlayStation 5 players with update issues, and now it’s Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time. Although the latter problem does not appear to be as widespread as the one that plagued Ichiban Kasuga’s quest to reach PS5, some bandicoot fans are currently unable to upgrade to the current version. Activision recognized the problem in Twitter, stating that it is “actively investigating” the problem.

We’re sure the problem will be fixed for everyone in the next 24 hours or so, but for some, the wait to play Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time at 60 frames per second in 4K continues. In the meantime, there’s always the 8/10 Push Square review that you could read, where we talk about the game’s implementation on PS5.
