The woman who attacked a black teenager after falsely accusing him of stealing his iPhone appears to have a tendency to riot in hotels, as she was arrested over one of them in February.

Miya Ponsetto she is now in the sights of the authorities for her antics at a New York hotel, and TMZ found that she also caused quite a stir – reportedly – at the Peninsula hotel in Bev Hills in February.
Miya and her mother, Nicole it seems that the welcome was exhausted when officials on the Peninsula ordered them to leave, but they refused. Law enforcement sources tell us that someone at the hotel called the police and said the women looked drunk and refused to leave … so the Beverly Hills police officers showed up to take care of the situation.
Our law enforcement sources say that when they arrived and tried to get Miya and Nicole out, Nicole supposedly pushed and kicked a police officer. Both women were arrested … Nicole for assaulting a police officer and for being drunk in public. While Miya was arrested for being drunk in public. They have a court hearing later this month.
Now look … the LA County District Attorney charged both women on May 27, 2020. The next day, Miya was arrested again, this time for driving while intoxicated. She did not contest and was sentenced to 3 years probation, 30 hours of community service and must undergo a 9-month alcohol / drug counseling program.

The police are currently on the hunt for Miya, 22. Like the NYPD, we have so far been unable to contact her, although we know that she is back in SoCal, where she lives.
