Snoop Dogg pisses Anderson Cooper off as he plays ‘Have You Gotten High There?’ with Andy Cohen

The best television moment of 2021 seems to have already happened.

Shortly after the ball fell – and the US East Coast officially entered 2021 – Cohen and Cooper welcomed Snoop Dogg as a remote guest via a video link.

“I want to play a game with you, because you are very open about smoking,” Cohen told the rapper. “Do I want to play a game called Have You Gotten High There?”

The host then explained that he was about to name a number of locations and hoped Snoop Dogg would say if he ever smoked marijuana in each one.

“I like that,” said Snoop Dogg softly.

“Did you get high on a yacht?” Cohen asked, to which Snoop Dogg enthusiastically proclaimed: “Me! Tue! Got! High! Over there!”

Cohen then asked, “Did you get high in the White House?” – to which Snoop Dogg replied: “Yes, yes, yes.”

That was when Cooper started to express his dismay and laugh in response to Cohen and Snoop’s switch.

“What is happening?” Cooper thought after Cohen asked Snoop Dogg, “Did you get high at Martha Stewart’s house?” (Stewart and Snoop co-hosted the program Dinner with Martha and Snoop’s Potluck for three seasons.)

“Let me handle this,” Cohen said to Cooper, just before Snoop Dogg responded with what would remain his catchphrase for most of the game: “Yes, yes, yes!”

Cohen asked Snoop if he got high “in a bar mitzvah” (“Yes, yes, yes!”), Which prompted Cooper to ask between two laughs: “Where am I? Where am I?”

More venues included “an NFL football game” (“Yes, yes, yes, and I almost got kicked out!”), “An award show” (“Yes, yes, yes!”) And “the Oscar”. “I never went to the Oscars, but when I go, you better know that I will,” said Snoop Dogg.

Finally, Cohen asked Snoop Dogg, “Did you get high … on CNN?” As sincere as ever, the artist replied: “No, but in front of the CNN building on Sunset Boulevard I have it!” Cooper laughed so hard in response that he briefly left the scene.

He could still be heard bursting with laughter when Cohen asked his companion, “Did you get high … at the Traffic Department?” – who received a relatively rare: “That would be a no-no” from Snoop.

Cohen’s final question was, “Did you get high … in a breeze?” He was greeted with more laughter from Cooper, and even Snoop Dogg had to take a few minutes to compose himself before declaring, “Yes, yes, yes!”

Cooper exclaimed incredulously, “No!” but Snoop Doog insisted, “This is the Dogg of all the Doggs we’re talking about, Andy!”
