Slurp Ippudo Ramen home

Before the pandemic, you could usually count on a line outside Ippudo ramen restaurants, some of which are now open for delivery and delivery. But now you can summon a bowl of one of the chain’s exclusive ramens at any time, with the new frozen kit made in collaboration with Sun Noodle, which is already selling chef-designed ramen kits. Ippudo’s shiromaru tonkotsu (pork) broth needs 10 minutes to warm up; Fine hakata-style noodles, slices of cooked pork chasu and fiery karaka miso paste also come in the kit, for a very generous portion. Add your own chives, chopped napa cabbage, fresh coriander, mushrooms, fish cake, egg or whatever suits you to a bowl worthy of sipping.
