Skins and camouflages from the CDL 2021 team now available on Black Ops Cold War and Warzone

The league game is coming soon at Black Ops Cold War by an announcement from Treyarch. Here are the details.

The league game has been a huge request from the Call of Duty community and is coming to the game during the first season.

Treyarch confirmed in his most recent patch notes on February 3, 2021 that League Play will be released in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War on Monday, February 8.

As the CDL 2021 season draws to a close, we are putting the finishing touches on our newest iteration of League Play, scheduled to launch on Monday, February 8th. Built on the foundations of the popular Black Ops 4 ladder system, Black Ops Cold War’s League Play will offer even more Ranks for competitive fans to scale during intense League Play events.

The mode is expected to be released before February 23, which is the last day of season 1. A major update is coming on February 4, bringing a new Zombie map and a remastered multiplayer map, the Express. Considering that the big update is scheduled for release, we can very well see League Play going down with it.

What is the league game?

League Play is a competitive playlist with an aggressive skill-combining system. Players will compete in game modes with restrictions on weapons, perks and accessories according to the official rules of the Call of Duty League.

Game modes are also tailored to custom rule sets, and maps are restricted to a custom map set, voted by professional Call of Duty League players. This is the best way to play like the pros.

What to expect

If the Black Ops Cold War League Game is a traditional Call of Duty League game, we should expect several levels of ranking, with a seasonal reset system. Each season, players must have a variety of ratings to progress, winning games.

If Black Ops Cold War follows the Black Ops 4 formula, you will progress through skill levels by obtaining game winning gems. As you collect gems, your skill rating will increase. The game of Black Ops 4 in the league was much debated among players due to the fact that it has a precious limit every day. Hopefully, Black Ops Cold War will change this system a bit if they decide to use it.

In a new blog post on the Call of Duty website on February 3, 2021, Activision shared that Black Ops Cold War’s League Play will be based on Black Ops version 4. It will feature 30 ratings to climb during League Play events.

With the Call of Duty League starting the first phase of its second season and the return of a legendary map in the competitive game, the debut of League Play in Multiplayer Black Ops Cold War is approaching.

Scheduled to launch during the first season of Reloaded, League Play is the definitive proving ground for those looking to improve their game and claim the right to brag, while potentially crossing paths with Call of Duty League professionals preparing for their next big game.

Based on the popularity of the Black Ops 4 ladder-based system, League Play on Black Ops Cold War will allow players to earn your way through 30 rankings in league game events. Only the best can make it to the top of their division ladder!

At best, we could also receive exclusive rewards for progressing in the league’s game rankings. This can be in the form of layered character skins, weapon camouflage or calling cards. This may be misleading, but it is important to note that Advanced Warfare’s classified playlist had custom exo-suits for the skill divisions, so it could very well happen in another Call of Duty game.

For now, we will have to wait for the official communication from Treyarch for more information. Stay tuned.
