Side effects of the coronavirus vaccine: what are people reporting?

As Israel continues to vaccinate its citizens, the Ministry of Health is closely monitoring any side effects that people may experience.
As of January 31, more than three million people had been inoculated with at least one dose of the vaccine and only 0.23% of people reported any side effects with the first dose. In addition, only 0.26% experienced side effects with the second dose.
In total, 43 people were hospitalized after receiving the first dose and only five after receiving the second dose.
Of the 43 who were admitted to the hospital, 16 cases were related to a history of heart disease. About 11 people had problems with the central nervous system. The rest was linked to other pre-existing medical conditions.
