Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall asks in the Hamptons’ hideout

Filthy Rich star Kim Cattrall reduced the price of his beach house in Hamptons.

The cozy cottage on 105 Gerard Drive in East Hampton is asking for $ 2.9 million – down from the original price of $ 3.25 million last October.

“I think she tried to get that Covid award and it didn’t work,” joked a great broker. “It has a better price now.”

The 1,232 square foot home features two bedrooms, a bathroom and a half, a chef’s kitchen and a screening room.

Cattrall bought the closed property for $ 420,000 in 1998, the same year that HBO released “Sex and the City”, where it made its name. She even married her now ex-husband, Mark Levinson, on the back porch of the house.

The gated property is on a quarter acre in Springs, in Gardiners Bay. The outdoor space has a hot tub with fire pit and outdoor kitchen.

Last fall, Cattrall told us that she will miss her “daily walks on Gerard Drive and that beautiful view of the sea near the campfire”.
