Seth Rogan talks about the rumor that Emma Watson broke into the set while filming ‘This Is the End’

Seth Rogen is opening on rumors that Emma Watson ran away from the set during a scene from the 2013 parody comedy film, “This Is the End”.

While talking to British GQ, Rogen was asked about the alleged incident in which the former “Harry Potter” student, 30, allegedly left the set and refused to film a scene that portrayed Danny McBride as a meat-eating cannibal and Channing Tatum as a type of pet tied to a leash.

In the interview, which was published on Friday, Rogen confirmed that Watson left the set, but noted that there was no conflict between the stars after the incident.

“I mean, I don’t look back and think, ‘How dare she do that?’ Do you know?” Rogen said of the moment. “I think that sometimes when you read something, when it comes to life, it doesn’t seem to be what you thought.”

The comedian ended up classifying the misunderstanding as growing pains that come with the business and said he was happy because the moment did not gain enough momentum to disrupt any working relationship he had developed with Watson.

“But it was not a terrible end to our relationship,” he said. “She came back the next day to say goodbye. She helped promote the film. No hard feelings and I couldn’t be happier with the way the film ended in the end.”

The cheerful film, which was directed and written by Rogen alongside Evan Goldberg, also starred Rogen’s friend James Franco and had a series of cameos from names like Rihanna and Watson – all competing for survival during a random apocalypse.
